SHIPPING POLICY
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
RETURN POLICY
1. Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer service at support@pavillion.com
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
4. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided return label
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs
- For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
